Purpose of the General Commercial Inspection

The General Commercial Inspection is the most thorough and comprehensive commercial inspection offered. This inspection takes approximately 3 hours to complete (or longer depending on the property) and is designed to lower your risk of building ownership.

While no inspection can eliminate your risk completely, the General Commercial Inspection will give you the most comprehensive picture of the property’s current condition.

How the General Commercial Inspection is Performed

Before our inspector arrives at your property, he has visually inspected the neighbourhood.  This allows him to place the building in perspective with other similar properties in the neighbourhood.

After acknowledging and fully understanding your concerns, he then proceeds to inspect the exterior of the building.
