Purpose of a Verbal Walk Through Home Inspection

The purpose of a Verbal Walk Through Home Inspection is to provide a quick, overall summary and impression of the major cost areas and components of the home.

This inspection is preferred by many of our clients who are purchasing a home and are encountering multiple-offer situations. It is an inexpensive option designed to capture the more substantial cost items in the house only.

No written report is provided with this inspection.
